Major duties and responsibilities:

• Preparation & Reconciliation of monthly management accounts within required timetable
• Handle vendor communications related to quotation, invoice, payment and reconciliation of balances
• Accounting for expenditures and preparing summary via accounting software/spreadsheet
• Verification of tax entries prepared by the Finance Associate
• Preparation of the year end trial balance (at the end of Financial Year)
• Support Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) reporting
• Additional responsibilities as requested by FM.

Education & Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Management/Finance or related field
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant field at Managerial level.
• Strong consultative and negotiation skills
• Experience in non-profit will be prioritized.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced Proficiency of MS Excel and Accounting Softwares.
• Experienced in tax reconciliations and reporting.
• Advanced fluency in English language (verbal and written).
