Other Specification:

• Must have degree of CA (ICAI) or ACCA with 3+ years of progressively responsible experience. Should have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
• Own vehicle and driving license is highly preferred.

Job Description:

Planning & Budgeting

• Assist in formulating the future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.
• Develop financial strategies.
• Manage budgeting processes.

Operations

• Participate in key decisions as a member of management team.
• Manage the accounting, tax and compliances.
• Oversee the financial operations of Enterprise Division.
• Oversee the transaction processing systems.
• Implement operational best practices.
• To oversee the billing, collections and credit control.
• Direct coordination with Regional Finance Officer and all branches for billing and collection.
• Reporting to CFO & Enterprise Head.

Risk Management

• Construct and monitor reliable control systems.
• Ensure that Enterprise complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
• Maintain relations with internal & external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.

Fund Management

• Monitor cash balances, depositions and cash forecasts of the Enterprise Division.
• Ensure weekly/monthly reconciliations (bank, wallet, swipe, cash in hand etc.)
