Position Summary: Overseeing all financial functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This position reports directly to the CFO.

Job Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Strategy:

•  Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies that align with the company’s objectives.
• Provide financial projections and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

•  Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
•  Develop financial forecasts to support long-term planning.

3. Financial Reporting:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Interpret financial data and provide insights and analysis.

4. Cash Flow Management:

•  Manage cash flow to ensure the availability of funds for operations and investments.
•  Implement efficient cash management practices, including optimizing working capital.

5. Compliance and Risk Management:

•  Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.

6. Team Leadership:

•  Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

7. Financial Audits:

•  Coordinate and oversee external audits and financial reviews.
• Implement audit recommendations and ensure timely resolution of audit issues.

Job Specifications

• CPA/ACCA/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in financial leadership roles within the automotive or distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial management best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
