Minimum Academic Qualification: CA/MBA/MBS or Equivalent.


Experience: To have worked at least for three years in any firm or company in the capacity of Account Officer, Finance Officer or Manager.


Additional skills: Good in communication both in Nepali and English with required proficiency in IT/computer.


Salary and Allowance: Negotiable.

Job Description:

  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various departments, ensuring seamless coordination and resource allocation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of finance and operations professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's strategic plans, aligning financial and operational goals to support growth, sustainability, and long-term success.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess financial and operational risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure proper internal controls, compliance, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior management, presenting financial and operational insights, trends, and recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.
