Fiber Engineer (Traineeship – 1 year)
Location: Kathmandu
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist survey for FTTH network deployment.
- Support to implement technical specifications for FTTH deployment.
- Assist in installing and testing fiber-optic cables, connectors, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Support the expansion of FTTH networks and contribute to small pilot projects.
- Document network configurations, installations, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendor teams to execute escalated tasks.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors in Engineering (passed/running)
- Basic understanding of fiber optics sensing systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours – shifts if required
- Valid driving license and two – wheeler.
