• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads and faculty members to design and revise course curricula.
• Conduct research in their area of expertise and contribute to the academic community through publications, presentations, or conferences.
• Provide academic and career guidance to students, including course selection and major/minor advising.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching and research skills.
