Factory Manager
- Managing overall operations of the factory
- Supervise production workers and make sure factory operation runs smoothly & Efficient
- Overseeing the performance and delegating tasks to workers
- Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
- Keep Factory clean and maintain Optimum level of product Quality
- Planning factory daily routines
- Monitoring the factory affairs
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Preparing production schedules and reports
- Presenting the daily/weekly/monthly reports to the higher management
- Will be responsible for finance, accounts, local purchases, logistics management & cost control for multiple production.
- Work efficiently and be able to meet the tight deadlines
- Manage Safety and Security of the Factory.
