Qualification/Skills:
Diploma degree in food service management or related field within minimum 8-10 years direct experience in Hotel along with ability for F & B Sales to think strategically and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Managing food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards and Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
• Responsible for profitability, equipment maintenance, overall appearance, & the physical inventory of all items within the restaurants at the facilities.
