Qualifications: Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality sector or related field.
Experiences: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (Global experience would be advantage).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting F&B Practicals.
- Backyard Cafe supervision.
- Internal/External Event supervision.
- Cross-check/verify subordinate tasks.
- Verify checklists for operational areas.
- Administrative tasks such as paperwork or bill submissions
- Maintaining and updating the inventory checklists
- Assist Operation Manager as & when needed.
