F & B Executive/Supervisor (service)
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
- Process customer complaints patiently
- Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
- Track and order shipments
- Oversee and supervise the welcoming of Guest
- Organize all documentation for shift work on a daily basis including pre-shift reports, daily
- Ensure all staff are meeting all established standards of service. Monitor and test service skills of staff, retrain and reinforce all standards on food and quality and service details daily.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of dining rooms and work areas; communicate issues of safety, cleanliness, or malfunctions to appropriate departments; manage maintenance/safety issues to completion.
- Communicated with and that staff is consistently trained and well-motivated.
- Attend Inter-departmental meetings to ensure good cross-communication between departments.
Qualifications:
- Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience.
- Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
