Job Description:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Chairman and Directors.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports.
- Managing executive calendars, schedules, and appointments.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls and mail.
- Coordinating travel arrangements (applying for visa, booking tickets, and hotels) and managing expense reports.
- Assisting with meeting preparation and taking minutes during meetings.
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
- Handling confidential information and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Handling other tasks and projects as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
