Job Description
- Provide full supports to General Manager for Executive Office daily administrative work.
- Ensures VIP amenity welcome letter are prepared and deliver to Guest Room timely.
- Attends meeting to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage daily activities.
- Work with team to gather information necessary to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve issues
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Efficiently manage office documents, records, and information.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in event planning and coordination.
- Conduct research and gather data as requested by the General Manager.
- Liaise with other staff members and external contacts as needed.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the office or department.
