• Required academic Qualification: Minimum B.Tech, Food Technology
• Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to mobilize manpower, analytical & problem-solving skills, Keen attention to detail, Creative & Innovative Thinker.

Responsibilities:

• Production planning and Inventory Management
• Assurance of Benchmark Recovery (%) achievement & Control in losses
• To Produce defect free products and to maintain plant and documentation as per ISO requirements.
• Assisting in implementation of Global Manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Food Safety and Quality Assurance
• Effective mobilization of subordinates
• Tracking progress on product issue resolutions
• Daily/weekly/Monthly/ Report preparation.
