Competencies Required
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field. A Specialized course in secretarial managements is desirable.
- Proven experience in the usage of office equipment and office software packages.
- Experienced in the administration of travel including itinerary, hotel reservations, and management of travel authorization documents.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to perform a broad range of activities pertaining to the job, including data/ schedule management, maintenance of protocol, and management of information with confidentiality
- Fluency in English both written and verbal.
