Job Description:
- Assist customer for IT Infrastructure design ( system, network, security, surveillance, cloud etc.)
- Assist enterprise team for product and solution selection
- Identify and share best practices and standards to internal and external customers
- Providing technical workshop and training to internal and external customers
- Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports
- Work in collaboration with enterprise sales team to build up new solutions and help customer engagement
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Job Specification:
- Intermediate Degree (Any) with 3+ years of direct field experience in working with IT support or sales related to LAN, WAN, VPN, Router, Switch, Firewall, Server, Storage, Virtualization, Wi-Fi, Surveillance etc.
OR
- Bachelor Degree (Any) with 2 + years of direct field experience in working with IT support or sales related to LAN, WAN, VPN, Router, Switch, Firewall, Server, Storage, Virtualization, Wi-Fi, Surveillance etc.
- Own two wheeler with valid driving license
- Require TWO-WHEELER.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer facing positions like pre-sales engineer, sales consultant, solutions engineer or solutions architect.
- Experience in teaching and presentation.
- Experience with Network diagram and documentation tools.
