• Manage all customer enquiries of all restaurants and any incoming requests quickly and efficiently.
• Oversee the junior team to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently. 
• In charge of all online booking platforms ensuring they are well-maintained.
• Train, support and guide the team. 
• Creating custom templates for responding to email queries
• Handle customer complaints.

• Excellent written and oral English
• Detail-oriented and highly organised, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Good attitude and willingness to listen and learn. 
• Handle any challenging situations well under pressure and resolve them professionally.
