Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Electrical Site Engineer. The Electrical Site Engineer will be responsible for electrical Erection and installation for construction projects. They will work closely with other engineers and project managers to ensure that designs meet specifications and safety standards. The Electrical Site Engineer will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring that construction work complies with applicable codes and regulations.

Responsibilities 

• Develop electrical systems and components by studying customer requirements and specifications.
• Design and implement electrical circuits, systems, and equipment.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for new projects.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and technicians.
• Conduct testing and verification of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical components or systems.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schematics, specifications, and reports.
• Create and update technical documentation for products and systems.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Stay updated on advancements in electrical engineering and integrate new technologies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other engineers and professionals in multidisciplinary teams.
• Work closely with clients, vendors, and suppliers to meet project requirements.
• Build prototypes to validate design concepts and perform testing to verify functionality.
• Analyze test data and modify designs as necessary.
• Consider safety factors and reliability of designs in all aspects of work.
• Implement measures to ensure the safety and reliability of electrical systems.
