Qualifications / Skills
Master’s Degree Hydro Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a relevant field. Minimum 5 years in Plant Operation & Maintenance, 3 years in installation, Testing and Commissioning in the Hydropower Plant more than 10MW.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and maintaining the electrical infrastructure to ensure the plant operates efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues that may arise, ensuring uninterrupted power generation.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve the plant’s overall performance and reliability.
• Regular inspection of response of different component during operation.
• Deal and negotiate with employers, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
