Job Description:

Provide adequate and accurate information to clients
- Counsel students and make them feel comfortable
- Communicate with different clients to know about their needs, and help them to plan the best procedures to achieve their needs and requirements
- Preparation and lodgment of different visa applications
- Guide students to prepare required documents
- Conduct seminars / presentation etc
- Be updated with the information related to various universities and colleges abroad
- Prepare and execute plans and ideas based on marketing activities
- Attend meetings and workshops inside the country or abroad
- Make sure the clients are satisfied with our services and follow up

Other Specification:
- At least Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 Years of work experience in counseling for Australian Universities is MANDATORY
- Thorough knowledge about the Australian Educational System and Visa Application Process
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Must be outspoken and have a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft office software.
