Job Description
- Responsible for processing customers’ orders in Goldstar Shoes Website, Mobile App or Daraz
- Track and manage stocks at ecommerce warehouse.
- Frequent visits to factory for stocks management of ecommerce department.
- Liaison with factory stock representative for ecommerce stocks.
- Electronic billing for customer orders occasionally.
- Responsible for managing customer orders and stocks for dispatch.
- Make sure all customer orders are billed correctly: Match amount, delivery location, name, shoe details before pickup is done by dispatch.
- Maintain customer and sales data on daily basis.
- Assist in overall ecommerce operation from processing order to managing them for dispatch.
Job Specification
- Intermediate degree/Bachelor running with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Must have exposure of MS-Office Package.
- Attention to detail & quality.
- Analytical and report writing skills.
- Organization skills.
