Job Description

We are in search of a .NET Developer to become part of our innovative team in Kathmandu. The perfect candidate will possess an extensive background in the .NET Core framework and some front-end using jQuery. This role requires a developer who is adept at integrating with a variety of web services and APIs and has a firm grasp of SQL Server database technologies. The candidate should be capable of working autonomously, driving their research, and adapting to evolving development environments.

Essential Functions:

• Deep understanding of the .NET Core Framework, including proficiency in Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, and Web API.
• Experience with REST/XML API integration.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery. Familiarity with additional front-end libraries (React, Angular, Vue, etc.) will be considered an advantage but no necessary.
• Skills in writing stored procedure and functions with MSSQL server 2019 or higher is required. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like (MongoDB) will be an advantage but is not a requirement.
• Proven track record in both front-end and back-end web-based application development.
• Basic Understanding of web application security standards and best practices.
• Basic Knowledge in systems analysis, design, design patterns, and application architecture.
• Experience in managing Local Web Servers (IIS) and Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, particularly Azure Function, Azure Web App, and Azure Service Bus will be highly valued.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, BE/BCA/BIT/BSCIT, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
