Job Description
- Monitor the progress of documents and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage clients’ files and records.
- Coordinate with other departments for document requirements.
- Respond to queries related to documents and provide guidance to clients.
- Maintain a database of all documents.
- Assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
- Regular data entry into the software system.
- Responsible for the security of the documents, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
