Job Description

  • Maintain an efficient document management system, which includes creating, updating, and archiving documents. 
  • Ensure that records and documents are accurately recorded, categorized, and stored appropriately. 
  • Facilitate the retrieval of documents when they are needed by authorized personnel.
  • Co-ordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application.
  • Manage document versions to ensure that the most up-to-date and relevant information is available to the organization.
  • Ensure that documents are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. 
  • Check the documents in details for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive or confidential documents from unauthorized access or disclosure.
  • Collaborate closely with students, study abroad counselors, and administrative staff to facilitate the efficient exchange of necessary documentation.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve documentation processes and systems to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that documents are well-organized, free from errors, and comply with established standards and guidelines.
  • Guide the students with visa interview preparation.
  • Guide the students for pre-departure information.
