Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently support Education Counseling for a variety of countries, including Australia, Canada, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, and other countries, while upholding the highest professional standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on foreign education systems, application procedures, scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and visa documentation, ensuring that students are well-informed and prepared for their international educational journey.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in international education, admission guidelines, and industry developments, ensuring our students receive the most current and relevant advice.
  • Independently handle the preparation of offer letters, Confirmation of Enrolment (COE), and visa applications, demonstrating proficiency in managing crucial aspects of the application process.
  • Maintain a current and in-depth knowledge of international universities, colleges, and institutions associated with our organization.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to facilitate the meticulous preparation of documentation and visa applications, meticulously scrutinizing documents for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Assume responsibility for the methodical storage, cataloging, and retrieval of documents as required.
  • Safeguard documents, manage access, and implement protocols for the removal and disposal of outdated materials.
  • Foster effective communication and coordination with Team Leaders, aligning seamlessly with processing and counseling guidance.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in the English language, encompassing speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in foreign education systems, application processes, and visa procedures for Australia, Canada, USA, and the UK.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle a high volume of student inquiries.
  • Familiarity with digital tools for data management and communication.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic goals.
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness, considering the international nature of the role.
  • Ethical and professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Patient and empathetic approach to counseling, ensuring students’ concerns are heard and addressed.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director (MD) to develop standardized counseling processes and strategies.
  • Assist in creating a cohesive counseling culture within the organization.
  • Play an active role in contributing to the overall success of the company.
