Job Description:

  • Preparation, verification, and maintenance of reports and other relevant documents
  • Look after all the required documents for the student's visa lodgement and correct them
  • Responsible for office clerical duties and maintaining office correspondence
  • Perform both office and field work for relevant correspondence
  • Other duties are assigned by senior executives
  • Should be punctual and dedicated at work during office hours
  • Should maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised 
  • The salary is negotiable Create, format, and edit documents such as reports, manuals, procedures, guidelines, and other relevant materials.
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Maintain version control to track changes and updates to documents over time.
  • Ensure proper naming conventions and file organization for easy retrieval.
  • Collaborate with various teams to gather, compile, and organize information for documentation purposes.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure that technical information is accurately captured in the documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the documentation management workflow.
  • Propose and implement solutions to streamline documentation-related tasks.
