Job Description
- Assist the Matron in managing and supervising nursing staff in the pediatric department.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of nursing care to pediatric patients, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement interdisciplinary care plans for pediatric patients.
- Monitor the quality of nursing care provided and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in staff training and development initiatives, including orientation programs and continuing education activities.
