Job Description

  • Looking for a candidate with experience in the UK education sector or a minimum of 2 years of Managerial / Team Lead experience.
  • Leading the team and achieving the successful admissions for each intake
  • Closely working with the Team Leaders and Counsellors to achieve the Branch Targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback Understand the student’s interest, aptitude and skills and assist them in finding the right course and University
  • Convert inquiries to enrolment and achieve visa targets Student
  • Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately Contacting candidates, arranging interviews.
  • Maintaining the office and sorting necessary needs. Matching applicants to suitable courses at Universities and working towards the University application process Participate and assist in the marketing process.
  • Making sure all the process are going smoothly from university shortlisting to enrolment
  • Responsible for prompt reply to students’ queries and solving the queries of students / universities through Emails and calls.
  • Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities.
  • Assisting the students with the application process of universities in the UK. Weekly chasing of the conversion.
  • Coordinating with students for pending documents and payments.
  • Assisting in filling online/paper applications and submitting the application to overseas universities.
  • Maintaining good relationships with the students and universities. the compliance of the process and systems in the office Perform any other duties as directed in relation to the job role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research. Excellent organization skills proactive approach.
  • Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for guiding students on studying abroad in the UK.
  • Assisting students and their parents in selecting a suitable course and university in the UK.
  • Carrying out assessments or interviews on the students.
  • Counselling students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, and career planning.
  • Participating in educational fairs.
  • Arranging regular training with the team.
  • Reports daily, weekly and monthly status.
  • Attending regular meeting with country manager and regional manager Handle end to end admissions process for students applying to universities in UK for UG/MBA/MS programs
  • Should be target driven Team Handling Team Training Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counsellors and overseas education consultants.
  • Hold presentations, seminars and spot evaluation sessions.
  • Develop implement and manage a digital strategy to maximize international student recruitment
  • A demonstrated ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings. Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Train and mentor others, as well as design training programs.
  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Pro-actively generate ideas to develop business opportunities.
  • Maximize student recruitment to achieve financial goals established for the region.
