Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in Information Technology & technology or any other relevant streams.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field. Health care industry/hospital industry preferred.

Technical Skills:

1. Follow up to fix bug and issues.
2. Perform data backups
3. Database restore check.
4. Install and update applications.
5. Assist with the support, implementation for application
6. Network connectivity issues, equipment, software & hardware.
7. Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking etc.
8. Provide help desk and technical support either by phone and remote access.
9. Oversee troubleshooting for system errors, applications.
10. Set up equipment for new users and employees.

Non- Technical Skills:

1. Management and supervisory skill.
2. Verbal and written communication skill.
3. Able to handle pressure and multitask.
4. Team building skill.
5. Interpersonal and problem solving skill.
6. Decision making skill.
