Other Specification:
- Bachelor’s in management
- 1-2 Years’ experience in the similar field i.e. Logistics, planning, warehousing
- Strong computer skills
- Well versed in logistics and production procedures
- Good with analysis of data and statistics
- Excellent planning skills.

Reporting Line: Supply Chain Planning Manager
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing production schedules based on master planning of sales requirement and production capacity
- Determine manpower, raw material, equipment needed to cover the production demand
- Scheduling work shifts in close coordination with individual departments and HR
- Monitoring materials supplies and prepare inventory report to avoid stoppage and loss of available production window
- Flag and troubleshoot the production issues and alter the master production schedule if needed to support the Demand Planning System
- Prepare periodical reports based on findings and performance of production, circulate them to respective stakeholders
- Coordinate to conduct Sales & Operations planning meeting as per the pre aligned calendar.
