We are actively seeking a meticulous and dynamic E-commerce Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves extracting, transforming, and uploading data to diverse e-commerce platforms, collaborating with the SEO team for content enrichment, and aligning with clients to meet their unique business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently extract data from various sources manually or coordinate with automation engineers for automated extraction.
• Transform data to adhere to the format requirements of diverse e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accurate and compliant uploading of product data on desired marketplaces.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate SEO-enriched content into product listings.
• Tailor data uploads based on a thorough understanding of each client's business requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to data quality and platform compatibility.
• Understand and adhere to platform-specific data and image requirements; consult with the automation engineer for data automation tasks and the design team for platform-specific images.
• Formulate Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) reflecting business needs and client-specific data requirements.
• Utilize Excel and other data processing tools proficiently to organize and manipulate data effectively.
