  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience

Job Description:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Providing accurate and timely information about products or services, pricing, availability, shipping, and billing
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs and recommending appropriate solutions or products
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant information as needed
  • Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, or logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while providing excellent customer service
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices
  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management for resolution
  • Conducting follow-up communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms.
