– Should be able to deal with a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.
– To achieve customer satisfaction, you should be able to address consumer inquiries.
– Should be able to work with little or no supervision.
– Internal departments must be efficiently communicated with and coordinated.
– Follow the company’s procedures precisely and efficiently.
– Set up customer accounts and troubleshoot issues
– Obtain sales leads
– Through open and participatory communication, build long-term connections and trust with customer accounts.
– Handle client concerns, providing acceptable solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set.
– Follow up to confirm that the issue has been resolved.
– Keep track of customer interactions, process accounts, and file paperwork.
– Follow all communication processes, policies, and guidelines.
