- Handling Incoming and outgoing calls
- Ticket monitoring and providing support.
- Escalation of Issue to immediate supervisor
- Convening the customer regarding their issues
- Information regarding chronic case to supervisors
- Daily Reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum +2 passed or Bachelor running.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
