Job Description:
- Collaborate closely with other teams, such as technical support, sales, and product development, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest product, service, or process improvements
- Assist in creating and maintaining customer support documentation, including FAQs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in computer systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and addressing customer needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Note;
- Working hours: 9 hours (7:45 PM to 4:45 AM- night shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
