• Diploma in business or equivalent
• At least a year’s experience in customer service role or Tele sales in a service industry
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Confidence and intelligence required to speak with the supervisors
• The ability to use MS Word, Excel effectively via emails.

Job Description:

• Offer alternatives to customers and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunity of value added services
• Respond to customers consistently and confidently by providing accurate information
• Liaise with Operations and departments for quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries
• Assist the supervisors to carry out relevant CS orientation / training programs.
