Job Description

  • To provide valued service to all customers to retain existing customers.
  • Led the team and collaborated with all cross-function departments for timely customer service support.
  • Proper database, reporting, top quality analytical skills, outstanding time management with excellent communication skills.
  • Follow up/coordinate with the team for timely action and support of customers.
  • Service Engineer/ Technician Mobilization in coordination with the branch in charge/Team Leader & Service Head.
  • Daily Report & Weekly Report share as per requirement.
  • Record Sales commitment with new machine sales and share through ASSA from filled from the sales team.
  • Actual time check from call register and share to DSM if any delay in notification creation or any other issue from the HO CC team (Customer care)
  • Actual MTR and MTTR check and update (fourth week of every month)
  • Periodic/Quarterly customer feedback for ASC customers. (Annual Service Contract)
  • Branch & Service Engineer Utilization Measure and MIS Share

  • TADA check and approve from the concern.

 

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the automobile field
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduates can apply
  • Good with reports and data
  • Teamwork and people management skills with good communication.
