What will you have to perform?
- Calling users to tell about new features in our product.
- Handling emails of the customers/clients related to their orders, requests, and complaints
- Interact with Clients/investors/Users in relation to their Queries/Complaints as an effective communicator
- Coordinate with customers for delivery
- Packaging gift items and assisting in scheduling pickup for delivery
- Working on the Sagoon customer support portal
- Take customer feedback on their experience and report it to the operation team
- Creating and maintaining data reports then sending them to the reporting Manager
- Provide support throughout the campaigns.
What Skills do you need to possess to perform the job?
- Entrepreneur mindset, take ownership of tasks and proactive
- Bachelor's Graduate preferred in Management or any related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Customer Support
- Should have good knowledge of Email, Internet, and handling phone calls
- Detail Product Knowledge
- Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Excellent customer service skills.
