Job Description:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers in choosing from a wide selection of ice cream flavors, toppings, and dessert options.
• Prepare and serve ice cream cones, sundaes, milkshakes, and other frozen treats according to customer preferences.
• Ensure the parlor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
• Preparation of purchase order
• Prepare and submit daily report to the supervisor or store manager.
