What the position entail:
- Replying emails and attending telephone calls and addressing them
- Creating traveller files as per the confirmation emails
- Liaising with hotels and transport for booking
- Liaising with operations manager for product development
- Content writing for website
- Social media campaigning.
Note: We are implementing a new payroll system that will convert earnings to an hourly basis, allowing salaries to be paid based on the number of hours worked at the end of each month.
