Job Description

• Oversee the entire contract management process, from the initial bidding process to the post-award phase.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful contract negotiations and completion.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor and report on contract progress and performance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
• Manage the contract change process and provide guidance and direction to project teams.
• Provide guidance and training to project teams on contract management best practices.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance and progress.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
