• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with first division
• At least 5 years of experience as a Contract Engineer
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for contract management, should be highly familiar with billing / bidding / report preparation, project execution and monitoring, planning and procurement and also familiar with relevant standards. 
• Candidate shall also be proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project / Primavera etc.
• Develop and implement acquisition strategies for future contracts
• Ensure that contract strategies, tenders, contracts and variations are in full Procedures
• Ensure compliance with Contracts Procedures and support Project Execution Procedures
• Review contractors' invoices and prepare Progress Payment Certificates with Cost Control, costs, forecasts and requests for extras.
