  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience Required: 4+ years, must have led/managed a significant real estate development (preferably housing or apartment)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Projects, Primavera, Excel) 
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

Job Description:

  • Oversee construction sites, contractors, and workers to ensure quality and safety.
  • Schedule and supervise all work, including creating detailed schedules and quality assurance.
  • Conduct progress review meetings to ensure project progression as per plan.
  • Monitor project operations, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Attend meetings, review project performance, and provide updates to the Business Head.
  • Create reports on project status, costs, and changes. Monitor progress, manage budgets, and procure materials.
  • Create and manage construction schedules.
  • Provide direction on construction management, considering requirements, budgets, resources, and timelines.
  • Ensure proper use of project management software.
  • Review and control critical documents.
  • Ensure project records, documentation, and certifications are maintained.
  • Prepare process performance trackers and baselines.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, and site inspections.
  • Handle stakeholder liaison and project handover.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and deliver technical documentation.
  • Develop detailed designs and provide alternative solutions.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project plans, oversee design and development, and create site reports.
  • Conduct billing, create Bill of Quantities (BoQ), and perform earned value analysis.
