Job Description

• Install, upgrade, and maintain computer hardware components such as CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues.
• Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and updates.
• Provide support for software-related issues.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
• Provide technical assistance to end-users, both in person and remotely.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Implement and maintain security measures, such as antivirus software and firewalls.
• Perform regular data backups.
• Create and maintain documentation for hardware and software configurations.
