Job Description:
As a Computer Hardware and Network Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to clients for computer hardware, network infrastructure, and related IT issues. This position requires you to possess a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler vehicle for traveling to client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Technical Support: Visit client locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve computer hardware and network-related issues. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripheral devices, and network equipment.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance tasks on computer hardware components such as CPUs, RAM, hard drives, and printers. Repair or replace faulty hardware components as needed.
- Network Setup and Configuration: Assist clients in setting up and configuring local area networks (LANs), wireless networks, routers, switches, and other network equipment. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure smooth network operations.
- Software Installation and Troubleshooting: Install and configure software applications, operating systems, and device drivers. Resolve software-related problems by troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Remote Support: Provide remote assistance to clients when necessary, using remote access tools and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely to minimize on-site visits.
