Qualification and skill requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree from a reputed University in Media studies, mass communication, journalism, gender studies, social work, and other relevant subjects with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and video editing tools.
- Proven skills in photography and videography and technical operations related to communications.
- Knowledge and conceptual understanding of sexual, reproductive, and health rights, (focusing on safe abortion and contraception), gender-based violence, climate justice and Social and Behavior Communication Change (SBCC), and Humanitarian emergencies.
- Experience in program development and knowledge management is an asset.
- Very good analytical, speaking, and writing skills (Nepali and English at least).
- Familiarity and commitment to rights-based and gender transformative approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including familiarity with visibility, branding, and communication.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and interest on Ipas vision, mission, and strategies.
- High quality of professional integrity and commitment.
- Willing to travel to project districts on a regular basis.
