Qualification and Experience:

The individual must conform to the following qualifications and expertise:

• Masters’ degree preferable in mass communication, journalism, development communication, public
  relations, or any other related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience working in knowledge management and communication in the
  development sector.
• Advanced communication and reporting abilities in both English and Nepali languages (verbal and written).
• Experience in organising and implementing communication, media, and short-form video production;
  proficiency in photography and the creation of short stories.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team to deliver high quality outputs within deadlines in a dynamic and
  fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel in project intervention areas.
