Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the curriculum for the +2 level, ensuring alignment with educational standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with subject teachers to plan and execute effective lesson plans, assessments, and educational activities.
- Coordinate student admissions, registrations, and withdrawals for the +2 program.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among +2 level teachers.
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks related to the +2 program.
- Implement quality assurance measures to uphold academic standards and improve the overall educational experience for +2 students.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in M.sc or a related field.
- Previous experience of atleast 5 years in a leadership or coordination role within an educational institution.
- In-depth knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Additinal Requirements:
- Digital literacy
- Good command over English & Nepali Language.
- Commitment for at least 2 years.
