• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a claim(insurance) 
• Flexibility in traveling to the site (If needed) 
• Core knowledge on all Risk Insurance policy, claim in Material, Equipment,  Third party, etc. 
• Preference will be given to those having prior working experience in the  claim department of the Non-life insurance company.

Job Description:

• Supporting and promoting process improvement methodologies and best  practices that enhance claims service 
• Recording the report of the claim by phone, online, email, post, etc. 
• Manage and handle all claims along with its procedures and any local  regulations 
• Approving and disallowing claims within authorization limits 
• Supporting claims initiatives as assigned 
• Analyze claims and decides whether the policy covers them 
• Core knowledge on All Risk Insurance policy 
• Knowledge of claims in Material, Equipment, Third-party, and many more 
• Make recommendations for the settlement of claims 
• Make sure all inquiries and payments are dealt with quickly.
