- Core knowledge on all Risk Insurance policy, claim in Material, Equipment, Third party, etc.
- Preference will be given to those having prior working experience in the claim department of the Non-life insurance company.
Job Description:
- Supporting and promoting process improvement methodologies and best practices that enhance claims service
- Recording the report of the claim by phone, online, email, post, etc.
- Manage and handle all claims along with its procedures and any local regulations
- Approving and disallowing claims within authorization limits
- Supporting claims initiatives as assigned
- Analyze claims and decides whether the policy covers them
- Core knowledge on All Risk Insurance policy
- Knowledge of claims in Material, Equipment, Third-party, and many more
- Make recommendations for the settlement of claims
- Make sure all inquiries and payments are dealt with quickly.
