• Able  to work within deadlines and budgets
• Actively manage the project scope, budget, schedule and program; project communications and documentation and project integration
• Satisfy client requirements and deliver the project in accordance with the project management and quality plans
• Manage the technical staff, specialty sub-consultants, construction professionals and professional staffs in a confident manner
•  Require to execute project on specific time and within budget
• Overall management of the project
• At least 1 building project must be completed with basement.
