Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Perform engineering calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and building codes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (Preference will be given to those with Structural-related electives and projects).
- Solid understanding of Building Structural Design.
- Basic proficiency in software applications such as Excel, REVIT, RISA 3D, Mathcad, Bluebeam, CAD Software, etc.
- Fundamental knowledge of Building codes, including NBC, IBC, AISC, ASCE, and ACI.
- Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail, sound communication skills in English coupled with a productive and problem-solving mindset.
